If you're unhappy with what you receive, please contact email@example.com within 150 days of receipt. Use "Replacement" or "Return" as the email subject.
If your order arrived damaged and you'd like a replacement, please include in your email a photograph of the damage to the books and the packaging. The shipping label on the packaging should be visible.
If your order qualified for free shipping, we'll cover the postage costs for both replacements and returns. We'll send you prepaid shipping labels as needed.
If your order didn't qualify for free shipping, we ask that you cover the cost of shipping books back to us.
Refunds will be processed within 2 days of returns being received and inspected by us.
