If you're unhappy with what you receive, please contact support@onceuponapancake.com within 30 days of receipt. Use "Replacement" or "Return" as the email subject.

If your order arrived damaged and you'd like a replacement, please include in your email a photograph of the damage to the books and the packaging. The shipping label on the packaging should be visible.

If your order qualified for free shipping, we'll cover the postage costs for both replacements and returns. We'll send you prepaid shipping labels as needed.

If your order didn't qualify for free shipping, we ask that you cover the cost of shipping books back to us.

Refunds will be processed within 2 days of returns being received and inspected by us.

Not worth it?

All it is are story starters? What’s the point? You just need two or three made up sentences and you’re good to go. What a disappointment! I was hoping to use it for my Y2 class but we are way ahead of this already !

Pod Project

I am hosting a school pod in my home and we are using this book as part of our reading curriculum. It has been a great way for them to learn to collaborate, use their imagination and listen to their peers words. At the end of the year, each kid will get a copy of their illustrations and stories as an end of the year gift. Thanks for the inspiration!
